Subscriptions

Aladdin Pro is billed as a recurring subscription (monthly or yearly) through our payment provider, Paddle. You can cancel at any time from your subscription management portal.

Cancellation

When you cancel, your Pro access continues until the end of the current billing period. After that, your account returns to the free tier. Local tools remain free and usable without a subscription.

Refunds

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on your first Pro subscription payment. If you are not satisfied, contact us within 14 days of purchase at support@aladdin-agent.net with your account email and we will process a full refund.

Renewals and subsequent billing periods are generally non-refundable except where required by applicable law. Paddle may handle refund requests on our behalf in accordance with this policy.
